Return Policy


We would like to make our customers be happy with the items what you bought from us. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you bought, you should return the items follow our policy. Before you returned back, please make contact with us to ask for the shipping address detail. Then we would like to help you settle the matter. And since you returned the items back, you need keep the tracking number or the receipt you got from the post office, then mails us the information, which would be your proof to prove you posted the items back. You need charge the post fees yourself. We would not refund the fees to you, and there would be $25 restocking fees deducted from your account. During the refund issue processing in the bank, there would be 10% handling fees deducted out of our control. These fees would not be refunded.

Exchanges :

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation :

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact us ASAP. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it free of charge.
